Shipping Info: I will work hard to ensure smooth and professional transactions with all buyers. This including making every effort to provide excellent customer service from start to finish. I will always try to ship items as soon as possible after receiving an order. As an independent artist I will sometimes be less available than others to do this (e.g. I may be on holiday or on tour). Nevertheless even in these circumstances I promise to ship items within 30 days of purchase as an absolute minimum, though normally much sooner of course! Jonathan.
Return Policy: I will make every attempt possible to resolve any issue if there is a problem. CDs have been professionally duplicated but a mistake is always a possibility, though never intentional of course!
